CONTINUOUS COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

The C.C.E is introduced by the directorate of school education. The main aim is to evaluate every aspect of the child during their presence at school.

As a part of this new system, students’ marks will be replaced by grades which will be evaluated through a se- ries of curricular and extracurricular evaluations along with academic performance. The aim is to reduce the work load on students and to improve the overall skill and ability of the students by means of evaluation of other activities. Grades are awarded to students on work experience skills, dexterity, innovation, steadiness, teamwork, public speak- ing, behavior, project works, written items etc. to evaluate and present an overall measure of the students’ ability.
